Share Market Workshop
A one day workshop on the topic of Share Market has been organized on 17th November 2018, at the Maslow hall of FMSC, by the Vikings Club of University of Sri Jayewardenepura. The workshop was conducted by Mr. Achuthan Srirangan, the Assistant Manager (Research – fixed income and equity) and Mr. Gamini Hettiarachchi from First Capital Holdings PLC. The purpose of organizing the workshop was to spread and enhance knowledge of the undergraduates regarding the Share Market and we arranged a process to open CSE accounts for all the participants as an extra privilege. The event was very successful. Around 150 undergraduates from three faculties were participated in the workshop and they expressed their gratitude to the Vikings club for organizing such a workshop on contemporary important topic.
