University of Sri Jayewardenepura is the forerunner in establishing a University Council for innovations (Innovation, Intervention and Venture Creation Council, aka IIVCC); thus, it has constructed a valuable space for innovators – undergraduates with novel startups, experts from the industry, and locally and internationally renowned researchers – and has curtailed the distance between the university and the industry. Invention and Innovation Exhibition 2019 is to be held on April 2nd – 3 rd at Sirimavo Bandaranaike Memorial Exhibition Centre-(BMICH) Colombo.
